Founded in London in 2014 by Ario Farahani, Astral Industries is built around a deliberately narrow remit: long-form ambient and dubbed-out electronic music, released on vinyl with a consistent visual identity.
The catalogue mixes new commissions with carefully chosen reissues, drawing on artists such as Wolfgang Voigt, Deepchord and Pete Namlook. Each release is numbered in a single ongoing series, which gives the label the feel of a library more than a release schedule.
